- We have a 60 day cancellation policy. Travelers who cancel at least 60+ days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 31 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

August-18 2024Great Location and other pluses but outdoor access limited. The location is great. It's close to Yellowstone, Hebgen Lake, and Earthquake Lake. We chose this house because it had a deck and great views of the mountains. But, be aware, the deck has unbearable sun in the late afternoon and evening. And, the drapes have to be completely drawn after mid morning because of the sun and no air conditioning. So, it's a fine place to stay, especially if you plan to be gone most of the time. But don't plan on enjoying the access to the outdoors.

July-26 2024Great stay in Horse Butte for our Yellowstone vacation! We had a great time visiting Yellowstone and staying in Horse Butte. Our condo had everything we needed and was extremely clean, quiet and peaceful. Marta was a great hostess and was very responsiveness to every question we had. She was very willing to help us during the travel issues July 2024 and to accomodate us for additional nights stays! Highly recommend staying there!

June-03 2024Fully equpped kitchen/great wildlife viewing I was very impressed with the amentities in this condo. I like to do my own cooking and pack lunches to take with me for the day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, even tupperware and some extra ziploc bags. This was a huge plus for me, as many condos I've stayed in previously did not have enough amenities to cook. Condo had a smart tv and good wifi. There is a herd of bison that live nearby and every morning, they were grazing in the field behind us so it was really cool to see them. There was a fox mama that had a den in the yard across the street, so we got to see she and her 6 pups running around (from our window). Highly recommend!

August-21 2023Quiet Retreat for a Busy Visit to Yellowstone Area We only had a few days at Yellowstone and the Tetons, so we were pretty busy. Being able to "come home" to this quiet retreat only 10 minutes from the West entrance to the park and shopping/eating options was appreciated. And we twice say a bison "up close on personal" on the drive in :)
