In the summer months, June 1-October 1, our airport (WYS) in West Yellowstone is open. Outside of that time frame, Bozeman (BZN) is 90 miles north and Idaho Falls (IDA) is 110 miles southwest. If you have questions about which airport to fly in and out of, please contact us at 406.219.0119.
West Yellowstone, Montana is the West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. We are just 10 miles from Idaho, and 2 miles from Wyoming. Big Sky, Montana is approximately an hour north of us. Island Park, Idaho is less than an hour drive. Jackson, Wyoming is approximately 127 miles from West Yellowstone, MT.
Not all of our vacation rental homes are able to accommodate RV, trailer or camper parking. Please let us know if that will be your only mode of transportation and we will check it for you and/or direct you to an area to park your RV, trailer or camper during your stay. RVs may not be occupied while parked on-site.
Travelling with your dog? We have a limited selection of dog friendly properties. Most of our homes are not dog or pet friendly due to HOA rules and restrictions. To find out if there are dog friendly properties available during your stay, please contact our office at 406.219.0119.
Each home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. Mid-stay cleaning services are available to you for an additional fee. Please call our office at 406.219.0119 to add this service on.
All of our properties have an on-site washer and dryer available. A starter kit with dryer sheets, stain remover and laundry soap are provided.
Yes – our vacation rentals are furnished with a starter supply of paper and soap products for use during your stay.
This includes: 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, face tissue, shampoo, bath gel, individually wrapped makeup remover towelettes, dishwashing soap, approximately 20 dish-tabs or a bottle of dishwasher detergent, kitchen garbage bags, counter top cleaner, laundry soap & dryer softener sheets. There are coffee filters, and a limited supply of coffee, tea & sugar. Most homes have a basic supply of spices, but we do not stock pantries.
No, all of our vacation rentals have professionally laundered, high-quality sheets and towels.
Yes, a one-time cleaning fee is charged for each guest stay. The amount of this fee is based on the bedrooms, baths and overall size of the accommodation you select.
We understand if you need to arrive later in a day. We will leave lights on at your property and you will be able to access the property using your driving directions and access code. However, if you get lost or have a problem, you can always reach us by calling our office 406.219.0119.
The check-out time is 10:00 AM, sharp. When possible, we will grant late check-outs for an additional fee. You MUST CALL or EMAIL and get written approval for a late check out. This can be done 48 hours prior to departure. Note: this can only be extended on homes that do not have an arrival that same day.
10 days prior to your arrival you will be provided with the driving directions, a keyless entry access code and check in process for your property. That access code will open your property. We have adopted a keyless entry system for easy entry and less hassle dealing with keys. If there are any keys needed for your stay, you will receive a code to a lockbox to retrieve a set of keys to let yourself in. Please make sure all keys are left upon departure to prevent a fee to have the property re-keyed.
Check in time is 4:00 PM unless we have approved an earlier check-in. It is possible your home won’t be ready prior to 4:00 PM so please communicate your arrival time with our staff. We want to create a great impression and arriving prior to us inspecting your home can create problems.
You will proceed directly to your property using the driving directions we have provided. Use GPS and the map app on your phone with caution as it might be inaccurate and not always reliable, so it is important that you print your directions. If you find you have forgotten these, each property has a Google Map on our site under the property’s listing.
You will be receiving a keyless entry code for the home that will automatically check you in once you use it. In the home you will find a ‘Welcome binder’ that will guide you through everything you will need for your stay.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the total cost of the reservation is due upon booking. The advance payment is not a security deposit, it is 50% of your total booking cost. Payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.
The remaining 50% of guests booking total must be paid in full, 30 days prior to arrival. If guest is booking a property within 30 days of arrival the balance of rent is to be paid in full upon booking confirmation. We will keep the credit card given on file for the security deposit unless other arrangements are made for a different card.
Our vacation homes are designed to make you feel like you're returning to a "home" rather than a tiny hotel room. Each home is equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ grills and some feature additional amenities like fire pit, game rooms or hot tubs. You’ll experience the comfort of a spacious, well-equipped home during your vacation instead of a cramped hotel room.
